Meaning of the poem is when you will sleep at night early then you will wake up in the morning early and you will get a good health, with good health you will earn wealth and get a sharp mind.
Morning is the starting time of a day. In this time nature is in its best form. Walking in the morning is the best exercise for us. Morning walk make us healthy and fit. In the morning, air is fresh and is the best source of oxygen and the atmosphere is calm.
Benefits of morning walk are as follow:

- It improves self esteem, boost mood, reduce stress and reduce our risk for depression.
- It may help us lose the weight and take far away from many diseases.

Everyone be it kids or elders should try to make a morning walk a part of their daily routine. As it is seen that the life span of people who walk daily is more in comparison to those who do not do morning walk. Morning walker breathes pollution free air. They enjoy lovely sights and sounds of nature that sooths their soul.
