Have felt that now a days parents are very much concerned about the eating habits of their kids. Every parent specially mothers, want to provide their kids & family  a very healthy diet full of nutritions & vitamins to keep them healthy and safe from the diseases.

         Mothers are always concerned about what they should be feeding their child, How to get a  balanced nutritional diet?

As today’s topic is ” WHAT SHOULD BE THE BEST NUTRITIONAL FOOD ITEMS FOR KIDS” I got a chance to tell every mother a very simple rule of giving their children a very balanced & healthy diet.

It’s a very simple and magical rule which will help you in providing nutrients to your kids.

‘ THE FIVE FOOD GROUP RULE’

You just have to follow the above rule where we have divided different foods into five groups. These five groups of food are supposed to be provided in proper proportion basically the breakfast, lunch & dinner.

      So, if you will include all the foods in your diet, you will have all the nutrients that are present in the different types of foods. As we all know that none of the food is complete. Each & every food has their own qualities and contain different nutrients, vitamins,minerals and all these things are very essential for our children.
